Keri was absolutely amazing. I came in with the idea that all car dealerships were the same...out to take advantage of people because I've had it happen before. Keri changed that. I did a lot of research before I came in and threw a lot of stuff I learned at her. I'm sure I was a nightmare customer for her. She answered all my questions. She was honest, real, and fun to work with. I came in on a Friday and she had me in the new car I wanted the next Tuesday. Ethan was awesome too. He got me a much better deal than my credit union did. I had so much fun talking with him. The two of them made this experience easy and fun. I have spread the word that Gates Chevy in South Bend is the place to go! They are honest, up front with you, not pushy, and made my experience enjoyable. Thank you Keri and Ethan!!!😊

Kerri over at the South Bend location was very professional and was not a hassle on me buying a vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about the different type of vehicles I was interested in,and with the steps of the process. Left very pleased with my purchase,and it dis not take all day.

This is the 2nd oil change / service on my 2024 Silverado at this dealership. After each service I have had to clean oily handprints off of the vehicle. On the first service there was oil on the steering wheel and door arm rest. On the second service there were 4 oily handprints on the front of the hood. On each occasion it appeared that there was no attempt to check quality of the completed service. This is unacceptable!

Was told needed cabin and engine air filters tech took out I decline do to the fact I can do myself so after picking up truck I bought some to install and tech didn’t put components back properly and left screws out

On budget and on time! The team at Gates was great to work with. GM not the dealership was the problem child in this situation. Thanks for the hard work and dedication Gates!

It’s kind of a family tradition, I remember going with my dad to Gates downtown South Bend when I was just a kid. Now I’m 63 and I’ve been doing it. Most of my life can’t go wrong with Chevrolet. Can’t go wrong with Gates end of story.
