Everything was going well until the check engine light came on in my brand-new car. While I was driving on the highway, the vehicle suddenly reduced acceleration, forcing me to cancel my plans. I returned to the dealership, but instead of properly addressing the issue, they simply cleared the engine light. I was not offered a loaner vehicle while the problem is being resolved. Instead, I was told to continue driving the car as it is. I am concerned because I do not know how serious the issue might be, especially since the vehicle displayed a warning to drive with caution. This is my first time purchasing and using an American brand, and this experience has been very disappointing.
